Refund policy

We hope you enjoy your THE THINGS PAST purchase.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for all orders.

To initiate a return, please contact us at lab@thethingspast.com with your order number. We will provide the return instructions and address.

Once you have notified us, please send your items back within 14 days.

Products should be handled with care and, wherever possible, returned in their original packaging. Any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product may be deducted from your refund.

Certain sealed products may be excluded from returns once unsealed after delivery, where they cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage.

For international returns, please contact us before arranging shipment.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method, subject to applicable statutory refund requirements.

For returns covered by the right of withdrawal, original delivery charges will also be refunded.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at lab@thethingspast.com with your order number and, where possible, photographs.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.
